How to read Runhao equipment specifications: brochure sources, loading and power definitions, validation conditions, photographs and enquiries.
Sources and review date
The equipment directory and reference specifications are compiled from the supplied company brochure. The source contains 34 PDF spreads. Product pages cite the PDF reader page number because some printed page numbers are inconsistent. This edition was reviewed on 5 November 2026.
- The 47 directory entries include equipment families, scale variants and system arrangements. This is not a stock list or a claim that every configuration is currently available.
- Current contact details were confirmed separately: main telephone +86 25 8570 4197; additional numbers +86 173 2798 3215 and +86 138 1405 1941; email RHZNZB1@163.COM.
- The brochure describes a history beginning in 1997. Historical company statements, certificates and client marks require current documents when used for procurement or qualification.
Reading the specifications
Use the tables for an initial comparison. Confirm the current model, configuration, construction materials, supply scope and acceptance conditions in the technical proposal before ordering.
- Total vessel volume, working volume, usable loading volume and loading mass are different measures. Loading mass depends on bulk density, flow behaviour and fill ratio.
- Batch loading, hourly throughput and water evaporation are not interchangeable. Drying capacity needs incoming and final moisture, temperature, layer depth and processing time.
- Motor, fan, heater and microwave power should be checked separately from total system input. A power rating does not establish specific energy consumption.
- Vacuum pressure needs a gauge or absolute reference, measurement point and loaded or unloaded test condition. Temperature control, uniformity and fluctuation also require test methods.
- Values with missing units, conflicting figures or apparent printing errors have been withheld pending a current technical schedule.
Performance and suitability
Brochure applications identify possible equipment directions. Suitability, final moisture, blend uniformity, microbial reduction and energy use must be assessed through material trials and agreed operating conditions.
- Brochure claims about energy savings, uniformity or sterilization are not presented as unconditional performance guarantees.
- Special media, solvents, protection classifications and regulatory requirements need a separate assessment. A component certificate does not certify a complete machine.
- For ozone or microwave applications, define the treatment target, operating parameters, monitoring, interlocks and acceptance method rather than inferring performance from the equipment name.
Photographs, 3D views and supplied equipment
Product photographs come from the company brochure; some originals carry watermarks and have limited resolution. Interactive 3D views explain equipment structures and principles.
- A photograph or 3D illustration is not the configuration drawing for an order. Agreed documents define dimensions, internal arrangements, interfaces and appearance.
- Ozone entries without a dedicated equipment photograph use a model reference panel rather than an unrelated machine image.
- Chinese and English pages use corresponding product paths and direct language links. Models, units and reference values come from the same source.
Requesting a current proposal
Start an enquiry from the relevant product page and supply the material, process target, capacity and site conditions. If trials are required, agree the sample quantity, recorded measurements and acceptance method.
- The enquiry form prepares text and a draft in your local email application. It does not automatically upload or send an enquiry.
- Price, lead time, warranty and service scope are established in the formal proposal and contract.
